Link Nest ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Link Nest mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Links & Content: URLs you save, titles, descriptions, notes, tags, and metadata associated with your saved links.
• Collections: Names, icons, and organization of your link collections.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including features used and links saved.
• Suggestions: Feedback you submit through the in-app suggestion form, along with your email for follow-up.

• To provide and maintain the Link Nest service
• To sync your links and collections across devices
• To enable shared collections and collaboration features
• To fetch and display link metadata (titles, descriptions, images)
• To process your subscription and manage your account

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data and shared collections they belong to.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Shared Collections: When you share a collection, members can see the links within it.
• Service Providers: We use Supabase (database), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and Google (authentication) to operate our service.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Google Authentication

We use Google OAuth for sign-in. We only receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture). We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any other Google services. You can also use the app as a guest without signing in with Google.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data associated with your account within the app.
• Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings in the app.
• Export: Your links and collections are accessible through the app at any time.
• Correction: Update your profile information through the app.

8. Cookies & Tracking

The Link Nest website may use essential cookies for authentication. The iOS app does not use cookies or third-party tracking. We may use anonymous analytics to understand app usage patterns.

9. Children's Privacy

Link Nest is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
