Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Link Nest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Link Nest is a link management application that allows you to save, organize, and share links. The service includes an iOS app and a web application, backed by cloud storage for syncing your data across devices.

3. Accounts

You can create an account by signing in with Google or by using the app as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Guest accounts can be upgraded to full accounts by connecting a Google identity at any time.

4. Free & Pro Plans

Link Nest offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription:

• Free: Save up to 50 links and create up to 2 collections.
• Pro: Unlimited links and collections, plus access to all premium features.

We reserve the right to modify plan limits and features. Existing Pro subscribers will retain their benefits for the duration of their current billing period.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you save to Link Nest, including links, notes, tags, and collection names. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Shared Collections

When you share a collection, other members can view and (depending on their role) add or edit links within it. You are responsible for the invite codes you generate. Collection owners can remove members and delete collections at any time. We are not responsible for content added by other members of shared collections.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share links to illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service

9. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page in the app. Account deletion is irreversible and will remove all your links, collections, memberships, and profile data. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through Apple before deleting your account.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Link Nest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external websites you save links to.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Nest and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
